Richard Simonton's friend Harold Lloyd took these photos of him on the Delta Queen using a Stereo Realist camera. Two of these photos are stereo view.
Richard Simonton founded the American Theatre Organ Society in 1955 and worked to preserve theatre organs through his life. He had two organs in his house, including a Wurlitzer in the theatre he built in his house (seen in photo above). This was known as the Simonton Bijou Theatre. He had film showings at his home often accompanied by live organ, with Gaylord Carter, Jesse Crawford, Gordon Kibbee, and Korla Pandit playing the organ. Here are their family photos of the Bojou:
