Every year we have an online steamboat race - it has been a tradition since 2001. This year we held the race, but it will not be broadcast because we are all mourning the tragedy that took place in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.
This year Jerry Canavit raced against Franz, Carmen, and daughter Leonie of Steamboats.org in Germany. The folks in Germany won by two boat lengths. The antler award goes to Steamboats.org until next year's race.
