Tree Topping Incident in Progress 05 March 2002 I woke up to the sound of chain saws outside my window. Across the alley a grisly act was about to take place. We recognize this evil and want it to stop. Notice the tail and horns on this shadowy figure. The tree cried for days. It is still crying. This tree just needed a few dead branches removed. Unfortunately, the landlord must have hired unlicensed people to save money. Please help stop tree topping. Do not trim your trees unnecessarily.
